The Islander seats up to (8) adults -- (9) if one is a child or small adult -- with a combined passenger/gear weight of 1500 - 1800#s, depending on the airstrip and the weather conditions.

The Islander has bench seats that can be removed -- with the exception of the pilot & co-pilot seats -- and allows for 1500-1800#s of combined passenger/gear weight depending on the airstrip & weather conditions.
